Version 3.0 of Wircd 2000
- Added the fle ws2_32.dll into a zip file so it can be downloaded off this site. Had afew
ppl asking for it. dunno why wircd2k is not finding it, its winsock2 (comes with win98)
- Added a timer and removed continue from the startup screen, will go after 5 seconds when
everything has finished loading
- Added a timer so the splash screen will go in 5 seconds if continue is not pushed.

starts up.
- Had afew questions on documentation for Wircd 2000, so i better start writing it
- Started to recode a whole new /helpops system. Old one was messy, slow, a pain in the
arse and cased w2k to crash if a non index word was used
- Cleaned up the code in general
- Fix anoteher /WHOISLINE error: where it ddnt say "No privs" if a non-oper
tryed to use it.

- Made Wircd 2000 auto sex +tn on a channel if a client is the first to join it.

or on the channel nickname list (IRCops only)
- Changed svsmode to allow user to see what modes a server is changing on them, i might
change this to /SVS2MODE instead of normal SVSMODE (but a user has a right to see what
admins/opers/servers/services are doing to them.
- Added protection again people sending script.ini or dmsetup.exe trojen viruses to other
people
- Made opers see real hostnames in /WHOIS
- You can not change your nickname to contane swear words, I find this a good thing as it
can be considered a form of abusing people, or swearing in a (G) rated channel.
- Many people in #wircd supported the idea ot /FMG, this would force a user to msg a
person/channel. I declided on this command as it would not make users happy about admins
forceing people to say things. _Sorry people, Wircd 2000 will never have that_
- Added SVSJOIN, forces a use to join a channel
- Added NETINFO
- Made netinfo pass to the linking server, to see if its the same version/protocol.
- Made Wircd 2000 Full version not compatible with Wircd 2000 Beta. Best way I found to do
this is to not allow people to talk in channels. msg still work. (this was a bug, but i
cleaned it up and exhanced it.) - people should use the full version, its better

Using Dalnet 4.6.5 as a base for Wircd 200
After many months of unstable Wircds and the stupid white Graphic User Interface,
Wircds without Hostmasking and other countless things. The Idea for Wircd 2000 was born.
First Wircd 2000 Server, well more like a pre-version of it, was a modified Dalnet IRCD
that just had afew of the notices changed.
